Empowering Abilities is looking for a Casemanager that is able to be a role model and leader for employees and the individuals we serve. In this role you will advocate for participants and create objectives that foster independence. You will be working within our agency and with outside agencies to assist our participants to succeed, to achieve, to grow and be happy. You will be supervising direct care staff, making sure they have the necessary resources to be successful. You will also take a hands on role with participants when needed.

This position works Monday-Friday from 9:00 am-5:30 pm, with on call duties. Empowering Abilities offers great benefits including health and vacation to name a few. Qualified candidate will need a Bachelor’s degree and a valid drivers license.
