Work in a relaxed environment where you will work with individuals with disabilities on daily living skills. This position has a 3 week rotating schedule, check out the awesome schedule below! As a Residential Mentor, you get to help residents achieve new goals and get to be a BIG part of their lives. In this role, similar to home health, you will help with household cleanliness, meal prep, fun activities in the community, and other duties. Whether you are an experienced DSP or new to the Human Services field this could be the opportunity you have been waiting for!
 

The wage for the position is $17.00/hr

Sunday- 8:00 am-8:00 am 
Monday- OFF

Thursday- 4:00 pm-8:00 am 
Friday- OFF

Week 2
Sunday- OFF
Monday- OFF
Tuesday- 4:00 pm-8:00 am 
Wednesday- 4:00 pm- 8:00 am 
Thursday OFF

Monday- 4:00 pm-8:00 am

Friday- 4:00 pm-through Saturday 4:00 pm (24 hour shift)

Title: Residential Mentor
Responsible to: Endeavor Living Supervisor

Qualifications:
Possesses a current and valid driver's license and maintains a good driving record. 
Possesses valid car insurance.
Must not be denied coverage by Empowering Abilities' insurance carrier.
Ability to meet employment requirements (i.e. health screening, Driving Record, TB test).
Graduate from high school or GED.
Ability to understand and follow the policies and procedures of Empowering Abilities.
