Starting wage is $19.00/hr
As a Group Home Supervisor, you will provide supervision, instruction and guidance to Group Home Staff, provide for household management, and complete required documentation of services.
As a Group Home Supervisor, you will provide supervision, instruction and guidance to Group Home Staff, provide for household management, and complete required documentation of services.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 12pm-8:30pm with on call duties
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Treat everyone with dignity and respect
- Provide guidance and support to staff
- Train new staff and ensure current staff trainings remain up to date
- Complete staff schedules and manage call outs
- Deal with staff disputes and disciplinary actions
Qualifications include:
- Possess current and valid driver's license and auto insurance, and maintain a good driving record
- Possess personal vehicle in order to transport for the position
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to meet employment requirements (i.e. health screening, Driving Record, TB test)
