Residential Mentor
As a Residential Mentor, you will make a meaningful difference by supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives and community involvement. Through mentorship, skill development, and transportation support, you will help participants live more independently and reach their goals.
Starting wage: $17/hrSchedule: 3-week rotating schedule. See below for rotation.

- Treats everyone with dignity and respect*
- Support participants at home and in the community*
- Teach daily living skills and promote independence*
- Provide transportation to activities, appointments, and community events*
- Ensure participant safety and well-being*
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation required
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
