As a Group Home Mentor, you will provide supervision, instruction and guidance as needed to participants in Group Homes.
Schedule: 4 days on and 4 days off (see below for an example of the schedule)

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Treat everyone with dignity and respect
- Responsible for health, welfare, and safety of participants
- Helps individuals with personal care and other skills
- Responsible for completing all required documentation
- Supports individuals in taking and ordering medications

Qualifications include:
- Possess current and valid driver's license and auto insurance, and maintain a good driving record.
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to meet employment requirements (i.e. health screening, Driving Record, TB test)
