As a Housekeeper at the Residential Center, you will be responsible to clean and service the building in order to maintain a clean, safe and healthy environment for the individuals served and employees of Empowering Abilities. Must have the ability to meet a 50lbs lifting requirement.
As a Housekeeper at the Residential Center, you will be responsible to clean and service the building in order to maintain a clean, safe and healthy environment for the individuals served and employees of Empowering Abilities. Must have the ability to meet a 50lbs lifting requirement.
Schedule: 7:00am-3:30pm. Will include weekends and some holidays.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Sweeps and mops according to proper sanitary procedures
- Strips, waxes, and buffs hard surface floors
- Cleans bathrooms, windows, and ceilings
- Collects and disposes of refuse
- Washes walls and dusts. Cleans and defrosts refrigerators
- Completes other cleaning projects assigned by the Environmental Services Director.
