SIGN ON BONUS: FULL TIME AFTER 6 MONTHS $250 PART TIME AFTER 6 MONTHS $150

LPN/RN: Full-time 2nd & 3rd shift and Part-time 2nd, & 3rd shift positions available. 2nd shift will consist of the hours of 12:00 pm-10:30 pm or 2:00 pm-10:30 pm. 3rd shift will consist of the hours of 8:00 pm-6:30 am or 10:00 pm-6:30 am. Responsible for a caseload of residents to monitor and develop health care plans, pass medications, admit/discharge residents and perform resident assessments as needed in a relaxed residential setting. Must have Iowa License. Will be required to have the ability to lift 50lbs.

RESIDENT AIDE: Full-time 2nd and 3rd shift and Part –time 1st, 2nd & 3rd shift positions available to assist with and teach independent living skills to youth and adults with disabilities in a relaxed, residential setting. Will be required to have the ability to lift 50lbs. No C.N.A. required.

SUPPORT STAFF: Full time and part time positions to assist individuals with disabilities in group homes, apartments, and family home settings with activities in daily living, including personal care and accompanying out to community events. Individuals need to be able to foster an encouraging environment and work independently and exercise good judgment. Hours can vary during the week from early morning to afternoon into the evening. Saturday and Sunday hours are typically 8:00 am-8:00 pm. HS Diploma or GED required. Must have valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

CERTIFIED MEDICATION AIDE: Full-time 2nd shift position available. This position gives medications, follows medication treatment and charting, and knows residents and reactions to medications. Position will follow and abide by all guidelines. Must have 60 hour certified nurse aide course and medication administration course in the State of Iowa. Position will work rotating weekends and some holidays. Will be required to have the ability to lift 50 lbs
