Starting wage is $17.00/hr
As a Residential Mentor, you will provide supervision, instruction and guidance as needed to Endeavor Living Participant in their home, to provide for household management and to complete required documentation of services. Position is also responsible for personal care of individuals when needed. Candidate must have valid driver’s license, insurance and reliable transportation. HS diploma or GED required.

Essential Job responsibilities:
- Provide support to participants
- Assist during meal times
- Assist individuals in all aspects of maintaining their homes
- Monitor medication and complete required documentation
- Provide safe transportation of participants
- Plan and supervise outings and recreational activities
