Starting wage is $15.00/hr, up to $2 shift differential available
$5/hr incentive pay available for voluntary overtime hours


As a Resident Aide, you will learn hands on skills to help residents with everything from personal care to skill building. This role will offer you the opportunity to become part of individuals' lives and make personal connections. Joining our team will give you the chance to make a difference.

 

Full-time:         1st shift              6am-2:30pm
                          2nd shift             2pm-10:30pm
                          3rd shift             10pm-6:30am

Flexible schedules available for part-time. Will be required to work some holidays.

  • Treat everyone with dignity and respect
  • Perform direct care for assigned individuals
  • Keeps individuals clean and appropriately dressed
  • Feeds or assists individuals with eating
  • Provides activities as assigned
