Objective: Under the direction of the Vice President of Enterprise, manage the screen print operation, drive and seek sales, analyzes production schedules, and oversee the Graphic Artist.

Duties:

• Treat everyone with dignity and respect.
• Helps foster and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Provides excellent customer service including building relations with customers and working with customer needs and demands.
• Manage current customer base to retain sales.
• Complete sales calls to ensure revenue growth/stability.
• Maintain working relationships with various community contacts.
• Customer liaison from start to finish on all jobs.
• Price, budget, and maintain profit within the Screen Print department.
• Product ordering and monitor inventory efficiency. 
• Analyze production schedules to ensure jobs are completed on time and with accuracy. 
• Balance workload of artwork and printing schedule.
• Supervise the Graphic Artist and their job duties.
• Run the screen print/embroidery operation.
• Follows HIPAA, and confidentiality, and all other Empowering Abilities policies and procedures.

Knowledge and Abilities:

• Ability to meet and deal with customers and maintain effective working relations with the public and staff members.
• Ability to promote a positive image when dealing with the public.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Ability to plan, organize and direct the work of others.
• Ability to use a computer to navigate and enter information into web-based software and perform basic functions related to computer use. (i.e. keyboarding, email, excel)
• Ability to multitask with various jobs at once.
• Ability to lift equipment in excess of 50lbs using proper lifting technique.

Training and Experience:

• High School diploma or GED;
• Prefer 2 years minimum of direct sales experience and/or screen print experience.
